BatchList Photos

Seller Listing Prep — shoot once, export for everywhere you sell.

BatchList Photos turns one set of product photos into ready-to-upload export sets for every marketplace you sell on — in one batch, entirely on-device. Crop-safe, right-sized, renamed JPEGs for each marketplace, with a checked-clean receipt for the files you send buyers yourself. No account, no server — your originals are never changed.

  • One batch, up to 4 marketplaces — pick up to 50 photos, tick up to 4 presets, export once (Pro)
  • Right size for every platform — 19 marketplace presets (Etsy, eBay, Poshmark, Vinted, Depop & more) with Official / Working-target labels
  • Location & metadata scrubbed — built-from-pixels JPEGs with a verified clean receipt, re-read from disk
  • Your file names, in your order — drag-to-reorder with clean base-01.jpg naming, folders per marketplace, ZIP for desktop
  • Private by design — offline, no analytics, App Store privacy label Data Not Collected

Prep once, list everywhere

Three steps, one batch. Shoot your item once; BatchList Photos does the per-platform busywork.

1

📸 Prep

Pick up to 50 photos with the system picker — or from Files. Drag to reorder, see issue badges (GPS found, HEIC, <2000 px) before you export.

2

🏷️ Presets

Tick 1–4 marketplaces, choose pad colour and framing (pad by default, Crop-to-fill per photo), pick a scrub policy and a rename base. Every preset shows its canvas and Specs-checked date.

3

📦 Export

One tap builds every set: right-sized sRGB JPEGs, your file names in your order, one folder per marketplace — to Photos, Files, a ZIP for desktop listing, or straight to a buyer.

✓

🧾 Verified receipt

The app re-reads every exported file from disk and shows the receipt: GPS / EXIF / TIFF / IPTC / XMP / maker notes as Removed, Wasn't there or Still present. A failed check blocks the Verified stamp — loudly. Free forever, even in the free tier.

Presets for the marketplaces you sell on

19 presets with honest provenance: Official where the platform publishes values, Working target where we ship our best-checked canvas. Specs checked October 2026.

Built for resellers who list in volume

Everything is computed and verified on your device. Up to 50 photos and 4 marketplaces per batch — 200 files max.

🖼️ Framing that respects every canvas

Whole item inside the canvas by default (pad, never stretch). Small sources are centred at native size with a warning — never upscaled into mush. Optional per-photo Crop-to-fill when you want it.

🧹 Scrub, three ways

Location only, Everything (default), or Keep copyright which stamps exactly © year name + creator + handle/website — nothing else. Every export is built from decoded pixels into a fresh file; nothing is “deleted” from a copy.

✅ A receipt you can trust

Verification re-reads the written files from disk — never an in-memory buffer. Per file, per dictionary, plus a shareable receipt text. Warnings (e.g. under-size source) never block Verified; failures do.

🔤 Names buyers (and you) can sort

One rename base + optional SKU becomes nike-dunk-uk9-01.jpg … in your grid order, one folder per marketplace. Free uses the default item-01 pattern; Pro unlocks your own base + SKU.

📤 Destinations that fit your flow

Photos albums (Listing Prep – Etsy…), Files folders, a single {base}-listing-prep.zip for desktop listing tools, or direct share to a buyer. Exported files stay until you leave the receipt screen, then are cleaned up.

🔒 Private by design

No accounts, no backend, no analytics SDKs. Photos import via the system picker (no library permission needed); Photos access is add-only, asked only at the first save to Photos. Originals are read-only — always.

Honest labelling — what BatchList Photos does not claim:

  • Never claims a marketplace leaks GPS/location, never labels a Working-target preset as Official, and never promises a platform will accept an export.
  • Not a cross-lister — the app ends at “files ready to upload”. No marketplace accounts, no listing-form integrations.
  • No retouching, no background removal, no AI scenes — exposure, filters and healing are not in this product.
  • JPEG only (sRGB, orientation baked in). No PNG/WebP/HEIC export path in v1 — HEIC sources are converted, Live Photo video parts are stills-only.
